The site and the pilot

The site describes IOT Watchman and lets you ask to join a pilot or book a demo. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place and is not a contract to supply the product. Pilot access, pricing and features may change. Use of the IOT Watchman product itself will be covered by separate terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or probe its security, or submit false or automated sign-ups.
• Give accurate contact details when you submit a form.

Content and intellectual property

The site, its text, design and the IOT Watchman name and marks belong to BGixTech or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. Descriptions of features are for information and may describe features still in development. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
